FAQ

  • We have a 14 days refund policy. 
  • Any item returned for a refund or exchange must be received back in the same condition and with the same packaging as was sent to you. 
  • When sending back an item due to change of mind you will need to pay for return postage and ensure safe return. 
  • We use Royal Mail Special Delivery https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk/special-delivery-guaranteed-1pm for UK deliveries and International Tracked and Signed elsewhere https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/international-tracked-signed
  • Shipping charges are £10 for UK and £20 for International delivery. 
  • Dispatch is usually within 3 to 5 working days unless the item needs solering or alteration. 
  • We aim for 3 weeks workshop turn around (ring sizing / bespoke orders etc) but can be much quicker than that. 
  • Bespoke orders - items that are created / adjusted specifically to your requirements - are not elligible for return.  
  • Our standard workshop fee is £35 plus £10 postage which covers most sizing and soldering requirements.  
  • We advise jewellery that has not been soldered yet, such as charms attached using a jump ring, not be worn until soldered. 
  • It is best that Jewellery with closed back settings not be worn in water.
  • Items with pearls, turquoise and coral should be kept away from direct contact with perfume, moistorisers and water - lustre erosion can occur over time
  • Victorian / Antique chain predates current UK hallmarking requirements which means the word ‘gold’ can not be used in the description without a full hallmark.  
  • The Victorian / Antique chains we use are unmarked and tested for 9ct gold, they have a much softer and in our opinion more flattering colour than modern gold. 
  • We do not sell 'plated' jewellery.
